It seems that the Yellow Church Cafe heard my prayers and learned how to cook eggs! Hallelujah! Bask in the glory of a non-disappointing brunch option in Ellensburg!
OK, I’ll stop but I’m really excited to report that Yellow Church added to their breakfast menu and, as far as I can tell, has become more consistent. The breakfast sandwich with bacon, avocado, cheddar, and (properly-cooked) eggs on a house-baked roll was spectacular. I look forward to trying the eggs and waffles and berry crepes at some point as well.
If I weren’t already, I’m sure I’ve become an entirely insufferable dining companion because I did an “egg check” all around the table to make sure my sandwich wasn’t a fluke. It wasn’t. Yippee!
Keep it up, Yellow Church Cafe. Maybe make your mimosas bigger though?
